Santander Airport connects with Madrid and Barcelona with several daily flights from the company Iberia. There are also flights to Seville, Valencia, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca and Las palmas de Gran Canaria. The low cost airline Ryanair has direct flights that connect Santander with various European cities as well as Madrid and Barcelona.
A ferry service twice a week connects Santander with Plymouth in England. There is also the RENFE train service to Madrid with connections to other towns and cities.
If you are coming by car, the best option is to take the S-20 motorway to El Sardinero, taking the exit by the football stadium and once there follow the signs to the Casino and in a scant 20m we will be waiting for you at Hotel Santemar.
