The Hotel Santemar, reflection of the deservedly famous Cantabrian gastronomy, offers you an array of very carefully elaborated dishes with hints of international cuisine where aromas mix with flavours and delight the palate of even the most demanding guests.

Desayuno-Buffet

The breakfast buffet is served in one of our rooms from 7.30 a.m to 10.30 a.m, Monday to Friday and from 07.30 to 11 a.m at the weekend, from 1st July to 31st August.

Restaurant & café

The café is spacious and has an inviting bar area where you can enjoy an aperitif, a coffee or a toasted sandwich. Open from 8 a.m until midnight.

In our spacious restaurant you will find an inviting atmosphere as well as excellent service. Our chefs have put together a menu for our customers using only the finest ingredients from the land prepared with an innovative and surprising touch.

Throughout the summer guests can enjoy our buffet where they can choose from a wide selection of seasonal dishes.

Hunting Gastronomy and Italian Cuisine Days

Hunting Gastronomy days, a spectacular buffet with over 150 dishes, all based on all the varieties of game that exist in our country, all of which are made with attention to the minutest of details.

This event is held over a ten day period, on varying dates between the months of February and March. During these days we offer special package deals on Bed, Breakfast and admission to the event. 

As well as the hunting, the hotel also organizes Italian Cuisine seminars, which are held in November at the weekend and which have become a reference in the HOW TO of Italian cuisine.
